The College of Education's mission is to prepare professionals through research and evidence-based practices who demonstrate excellence in their profession. Future teachers will find it useful to have a laptop for teaching applications such as word processing and video creation. Many education students prefer Apple laptops for their creative focus. However, Windows laptops will also be sufficient for all course needs.

Undergraduate Programs:

Aviation:

Students are required to have an iPad Mini with at least 64GB storage for electronic flight charts
Aviation students pay no sales tax when they purchase their required iPad at the Campus Computer Store

Elementary & Literacy Education, K-12 Secondary Programs, Special Education:

Many classrooms are set up for Apple laptops
iPads are often used by teachers for notes and demonstration purposes
