Every HomePod comes with one year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support. AppleCare+ for HomePod extends your coverage to two years from your AppleCare+ purchase date and includes unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection, each subject to a $15 service fee plus applicable tax for HomePod mini or a $39 service fee plus applicable tax for HomePod.¹ In addition, you’ll get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone.

Service coverage is available only for HomePod for protection against (i) defects in materials or workmanship and (ii) unlimited incidents of accidental damage from handling, each incident being subject to a $15 service fee plus applicable tax for HomePod mini or a $39 service fee plus applicable tax for HomePod. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
