Orders can be shipped to Minnesota and Wisconsin only, or picked up in the store. Shipping is $5.99 for orders $0-$99, and free for orders $100+. All orders are shipped via FedEx, and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order, and 3-7 business days for shipping/delivery.

*Note - custom-built machines will take additional time for processing at the manufacturer.

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns on unopened products for up to 14 days, and defective items within 30 days. However, we do not take returns on any used earbuds. The store reserves the right to charge a restocking fee and freight charges.

Many of our items include educational pricing, because of this we are only able to sell to members affiliated with Minnesota State University, Mankato. Students, parents of students, faculty, staff and emeritus are all eligible to purchase from our store. StarID is used to verify eligibility for purchasing.
