Shipping and Pickup FAQs

Q: I placed an order on the website for items that showed in stock. How long will it take them to ship?

A: We will ship your in-stock items within 2 business days of receiving your order.

 

Q: An item I ordered shows it is on backorder. When will I receive this item?

A: We do our best to keep as many items in stock at all times. However, we are not always able to have inventory available in our store at the time you place your order. The expected delivery timeframe depends on which item you ordered. If your order confirmation email does not include an expected delivery timeframe, please contact the store directly at 507-389-1907 or [email protected] to receive an accurate timeframe.

 

Q: When I get to the checkout, the only shipping option I see is Pickup in store. Why isn't there an option to have my item/s shipped to me?

A: We are limited to shipping orders within Minnesota and Wisconsin only. If the shipping address you entered is outside of MN or WI, the only option you will have is Pickup in store.

 

Q: What are the shipping and pickup options?

A: We offer the following shipping/pickup options.

  • Pickup in store (Free)
  • Ground shipping to addresses within MN and WI ($25)
  • FedEx Express shipping to addresses within MN and WI ($45.00)
  • We cannot ship items to an address outside of MN and WI (n/a)

 

Q: I received a shipment confirmation email. How do I track my order?

A: We will include the name of the carrier and tracking ID in the shipping confirmation email along with links to the tracking pages for all of our carriers. You will need to copy and paste the tracking number into the carrier's website.

 

Q: I placed an order and chose Pickup in-store during checkout. When can I pick up my item/s?

A: You will receive an email indicating your order is ready for pickup. Once you receive the email, you may pick up your order Monday - Friday during regular business hours. For up-to-date hours, please see our Google business listing, here.
