1. Choose a computer and add it to your cart.
   • Get help choosing a computer with Shop by Major.

2. Choose your warranty.
   • Dell laptops include Dell ProSupport Plus with accidental damage for 3 years. No action is necessary.
   • MacBook and Microsoft Surface devices have two options for the warranty. You will be required to choose a warranty option before you can add the item to your shopping cart.
     • AppleCare+ is a 3-year term. It covers manufacturer’s defects and accidental damage. Accidental damage claims are limited to 2 per life of the warranty and carry a deductible of $99 or $299. The price of the warranty varies based on the model of the MacBook.
     • Microsoft Complete for Business is a 3-year term. It covers manufacturer's defects and accidental damage. There is no deductible for accidental damage. Price varies depending on the model of your device.
     • CPS warranties have a 3-year or 4-year term. They cover manufacturer’s defects and accidental damage. There is NO deductible. The price varies based on length of coverage and price of computer.
3. Add any accessories you would like. We suggest hardcovers for Macs, a laptop sleeve, adapters, surge protectors, screen cleaner, or a wireless mouse.
4. Once all of your items are added to your cart, click on the cart in the top navigation menu, and then click the Checkout button.
5. Enter the promo code, GRAD2025, in the My Cart screen, and click Apply.
6. Click on the Proceed to Checkout button.

NOTE: To be eligible for the $50 gift card promotion, you can enter your students StarID in the checkout if you have it and must choose Pick-up In Store as your shipping option.

Every laptop purchase includes a free setup service to get your student ready before the semester starts. Our IT partners can help with setting up essential university tools like email and apps. This service is available anytime, by appointment, during pickup, or at move-in! Each student will receive a certificate for a FREE Starbucks drink of their choice to enjoy when they pick up their laptop and use our setup service.
