We ship to a home for free anywhere in the United States. In most cases, your order will be shipped via FedEx. However, shipments directly from the vendor may be shipped using a different carrier. Tracking information will be provided to you via email once available.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order, and 3-7 business days for shipping/delivery.
*Note - custom-built machines will take additional time for processing at the manufacturer.
We accept returns on unopened products for up to 30 days. The store reserves the right to charge a restocking fee and freight charges. However, we do not take returns on any opened software or software where the license code is visible (ex. Microsoft Office and Windows upgrades).
Many of our items include educational pricing, because of this we are only able to sell to members affiliated with Minnesota State University, Mankato. Students, parents of students, faculty, staff and emeritus are all eligible to purchase from our store. StarID is used to verify eligibility for purchasing.
